Risk assessment helps veterinarians craft a disease prevention plan for each pet. To facilitate this discussion, we created species-specific Risk Assessment Forms for use by the veterinary staff with the pet owner. Dog and cat forms, clinic POS, national TV/radio PSA’s and the National Pet Wellness Web site are just some of the communication tools used to educate pet owners.
