 Bill Patrick has been promoted to Vice-President of Operations and Finance at Latorra, Paul & McCann Advertising in Syracuse.

Patrick has served as Controller at LP&M since 2002. He was previously Vice-President of Finance at Sage-Marcom, Inc., and is a graduate of LeMoyne College. He and his wife Val and daughter Shannon live in Cicero.

Latorra, Paul & McCann is an advertising and marketing communications agency serving national and regional clients in the health and nutrition, banking, insurance, education, consumer retail and design/build industries.
